Guidelines for Bidding
 We generally do as much describing as needed in our listings. We encourage you to look at the pictures and email us if you have any questions. Please ask questions PRIOR to bidding. Don't wait until the last day of the auction as we may not be available to reply to your email. We will reply as soon as possible. Our merchandise is not sent on approval. The item is being fully described with clear, enlarged pictures. Nothing is implied. This is an auction & the bidder determines the actual value. If you don't know how an auction works, don't bid. Buyer pays listed shipping charges as stated in the listing. Insurance is included as required by eBay. Insurance is additional on all foreign orders. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sent via United States Postal Service. Multiple lots can be combined to save shipping costs. UPS prohibits the shipping of tangible items, including coins and will not insure them. Layaway service is available - just email us for details.
Due to eBays' new payment policy effective October 2008, payment can only be accepted via PayPal which includes all major credit cards, debit cards and checks via eCheck. Most items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items have a 7-day return policy only if an item has been described incorrectly. You must email us or call us with your intent to return an item so we are aware or your return. Items removed from original holders are considered sold. Most items are shipped in 2x2 flips for inspection with a tamper-proof heat-seal. DO NOT tamper with the seal or flip as we will send the item back without a refund. This is a standard, industry procedure. Shipping & insurance fees are non-refundable.
