Payment
Paypal accepted. Due to eBay's payment policy, we can no longer list other forms of paper payments. Payment must be received within 7 days after auction close. Non-paying bidder filed on the 8th day unless other arrangements have been made. Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Shipping
We ship primarily by USPS First Class, Priority or Registered Mail. Our shipping charge includes the cost of insuring the package for its full value. No other additional packaging fees are charged.
Returns
OWG offers a return privilege for any purchase. We accept returns for credit or refund of full purchase amount, not including shipping charges, for any reason- providing:
• The items returned are postmarked within seven days of receipt.
• The item has not been removed from its original holder, plastic flip or other casing.
• Neither the item nor its holder have been tampered with or damaged.
When returning items, please package securely- OWG cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in delivery. Upon receipt of return, all refunds will be issued promptly.
